  • How long will it take to receive approval?

    Normally, it takes about 20-30 minutes for an application to be approved. However, some applications will have to wait 3-4 days or longer for approval. The reason is that your proof documentation needs to be reconfirmed. You can always check the status of your application by logging into your account. Once you receive approval, you will also receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number for your order.

  • When will I receive my Free phone and Free service after I sign up?

    Once your order is complete, your device will ship within 7-10 business days. You can also check on the status of your application status by clicking here

  • How to upload proof?

    To upload your proof, please visit Cintex and enter your zip code and e-mail address that is associated with your account. Select "Go To Profile" and you will see a section to upload your proof. Please upload your proof until you receive a message that the proof has been uploaded.

  • What state do you offer service?

  • Will I receive a notification when my device is shipped?

    Absolutely! Once your device leaves our facility you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so that you can easily follow along with your order’s arrival. We encourage you to also check all of your email folders for this notification if you did not receive it within your inbox.

  • How is the FCC involved?

    As part of the US government's Covid-19 Relief efforts, approved companies can offer the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program which is operated by the FCC. Qualifying customers will receive Unlimited Data for the duration of this program, which is a non-transferrable discount program limited to one per household.   • What smartphone devices do you offer?

Cintex is the only provider in the nation that offers its subscribers these devices for free at its own cost. These special upgrade devices are a limited-time offer and are subject to product availability.

  • Why do I need to provide my Social Security Number?

    As Cintex Wireless is a government assistance lifeline service provider, we require your SSN in order to verify your eligibility. You will also be required to provide proof of your qualifying benefit program or if you are applying by income, verification of your income as well.

  • Is the EBB Program open to all U.S. citizens?

  • How can I check my application status?

    To check the status of your application, simply visit Check Status and enter the same email address and zip code you used while initially applying. Once you are logged in you will see a variety of information, including the status of your application and if any additional documentation is required.

  • Can retirees apply for the EBB Program?

    Yes, but just being retired won’t necessarily qualify you. You’ll have to prove that you meet one of the qualifying criteria listed here.

  • Can you receive EBB if you lost income in 2020, but got a new job in 2021?

    Yes. You don’t need to prove continued unemployment. However, you will need to prove that your current annual income is below $99,000 for a single-person household or $198,000 for a family household.

  • How long will it take to ship my phone?

    Once your order is complete, your device will ship within 3-7 business days. You can also check on the status of your application by visiting Check Status and entering the same email address and zip code you used while initially applying

  • Why is the phone I received different from what I selected?

    We're sorry that we weren't able to send you the same model of your choice. We try our very best but if the model isn't available, we will send our best option.

  • What if my phone does not work or damage or was lost or stolen?

    If your phone has a manufacturer defect, you can exchange it for a similar model within 15 days from the day you received the phone for FREE.

    As the federal government only subsidizes the monthly phone service and our company provided you with a FREE phone at our cost, we can only provide a FREE phone with free shipping and handling when you originally signed up with us or have stayed with us at least 6 months. Otherwise, if you’d like to order a replacement phone, you can do so by paying a $25 fee. This fee mainly covers shipping and handling costs, and this device will come with a 15-day warranty.

  • Why has my data has been used but I have not received my phone?

    You may see some usage on your account prior to receiving the device as our team tests your device prior to leaving our facility. However, that is great news for you as that means the device is in its final stages before making its way to you. We highly encourage you to wait for a few more days and be on the lookout for an email with your order's tracking number.

  • Why is my account locked?

    Your account could be locked because you had typed in the wrong password too many times or your account is inactive. To unlock you account, please refer to our contact page here click here.

  • Where is my tracking number?

    Once your application is approved, please give us 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Once it's been processed, you'll be sent an email and a SMS with your tracking number. Make sure to check your inbox and spam folder.


  • Why am I required to upload eligibility proof?

    As Cintex Wireless is a government assistance lifeline program, certain eligibility documentation is required in order to verify a subscriber’s qualified participation in the program. Subscribers can qualify by participating in any of the below programs or may be eligible if their household income is at or below the Federal poverty guideline in their state.

    You may qualify for Lifeline if you participate in one of the following government programs:

    Food Stamps / Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

    Medical Assistance (Medicaid)

    Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

    Veterans Pension or Survivors Pension
